Same day delivery possible almost all the countries worldwide except few countries. Same day delivery possible if order placed before 12 noon (Local time of the country). Otherwise delivery will be next day unless delivery date is specified on order form. During peak season such as Valentines, Mothers, day, Fathers day, Christmas, Chinese new year etc ocassions, order must be placed in advance. *Sunday delivery is subject to availability in the delivery location. Any delivery that cannot be made on Sunday will be made on Monday. Sunday rules apply to most major holidays. Specific time of delivery may not possible however some countries may follow.

Delivery Area
qflora can deliver flowers to anywhere in the world. All our domestic and international deliveries are promptly and reliably made by our network of dedicated professional florists. .

Delivery Times
qflora offers the same-day guaranteed delivery on most floral orders placed before 12.00 pm in the recipient’s time zone. In fact, qflora will actually try our best to give same-day delivery to all orders placed before 4pm in the recipient’s time zone.

Scheduling Deliveries
qflora can guarantee delivery on a specific day, up to 3 months in advance. However, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time during that day. Occasionally, the recipient may be called to ensure delivery on the date requested.

An am, or morning, delivery will only be guaranteed if the order is placed one day in advance. When placing your order, please identify the date when it is to be delivered. Please also note that some country may not follow delivery time unless its specially arranged with us in advance.

General policies
Monday  - Friday: Orders placed before 12.00 pm in the recipient’s time zone can be delivered the same day. Orders placed after this time can be delivered on the next available delivery day
Saturday: Orders placed before 10.30am in the recipient’s time zone can be delivered the same day, orders placed after this time can be delivered on the next available delivery date.
Sunday: : Because most florists are closed on Sundays, your order be delivered on Monday.

Unless otherwise stated, the bouquet price does not include the display vase.

If the requested delivery address is particularly remote or rural, there may be an extra charge for the delivery. This will be agreed with the sender before the order is processed, so please allow a little extra time for said confirmation when placing your order.

Holiday Orders
qflora is particularly busy on holidays, so it’s important to place your order early. Prior to certain holidays qflora will post specific delivery schedules.

Valentines Day: This is the busiest day of the year for florists, so to ensure that your loved one gets her flowers on the day, place your orders 48 hours in advance. Orders placed after this may be delivered the following day.

Mothers Day: In general, orders to be delivered on Mothering Sunday, or Mother’s Day, are delivered the day before, on Saturday. In some instances it is possible to deliver orders placed at short notice on the following Monday.

Christmas and New Year: Usually, all deliveries are made two days before the date chosen. qflora are doing  their very best to deliver all Christmas orders as requested and before the 25th, Due to Christmas high demand we may send Christmas orders until the 28th.

If the delivery date coincides with a holiday in the destination country, and the local florists are closed, the order will be automatically sent at the earliest opportunity when the holiday has ended.

qflora delivery conditions to Hospitals
Please indicate the name and telephone number of the hospital, and the recipient’s ward and room number. qflora will send your bouquet in accordance with the facility’s procedures. Customers should note that many hospitals do not permit florists to deliver bouquets personally to individual rooms, and that most ICUs do not permit flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.

qflora delivery conditions for Hotels
For delivery to hotels, please indicate the name, address and phone number of the hotel where possible. Don’t forget to include the name of the recipient, and the room number if it is known. qflora only guarantees delivery to the hotel reception.


qflora Substitution Policy
Flower arrangements are hand crafted, and as such no two will ever be identical. However, every effort is made to fill your orders as closely as possible to the pictures from which you are ordering. In rare cases, a city or region may not have some items in stock that are advertised on the web site, in these instances a careful substitution of equal or greater value will be made. This is standard practice by florists worldwide. qflora will always strive to maintain the value and integrity of the item chosen. Please note that roses will never be substituted with other flowers or floral products.

Delivery
qflora is not responsible for the following: Flowers, plants and preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender. Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of the delivery to the address supplied by the sender. Decreased flower and plant quality due to an incorrect address supplied by the sender, or due to a re-route requested by the sender. Flower or plant quality problems where the delivery is delayed due to the sender requiring a signature upon delivery.
